Estimating Notes & Clarifications
- Cycle time basis. Machine time (Line 3) estimated at 2.80 hrs/pc based on part geometry analysis of drawing EDS-HMB-300-A: 14 ported features, 6 precision bores (tolerance class ±0.0005"), 3 compound-angle face pockets. Actual cycle time will be confirmed after programming; material changes of >10% will be communicated before production begins.
- Fixture. Custom sine-plate fixture required for Op 20 angular port faces. Fixture cost included in Line 2 setup. Fixture remains PMC property; available for re-use on future orders at no additional charge (stored 24 months, then destroyed).
- Drawing assumption. Quote based on Rev. A dated 2026-05-14. Any drawing change after PO acceptance may require a revised quotation and schedule.
- Lead time. 14 business days from PO receipt + approved drawings. Anodize turnaround (3–4 days) included within lead time.
