CNC Milling
3-, 4-, and 5-axis vertical and horizontal milling for complex geometries and tight-tolerance features.
Cincinnati, Ohio · Family-Owned Since 1987
Tight-tolerance machined components for aerospace, medical, and defense — engineered right, inspected in full, and delivered on time. Holding ±0.0001" since the day we opened.
What We Do
From first-article prototypes to repeatable production runs, our shop floor is built to hold tolerance on the materials that matter most.
3-, 4-, and 5-axis vertical and horizontal milling for complex geometries and tight-tolerance features.
Multi-axis turning with live tooling and bar feed for high-throughput round and prismatic parts.
High-volume small precision components held to ±0.0002", ideal for medical and connector work.
Intricate profiles, sharp internal corners, and hardened-material detail no cutter can reach.
Surface and cylindrical grinding for mirror finishes and tolerances down to a tenth.
CMM and in-process inspection with full material traceability and first-article reporting.
Also available: engineering & DFM support, light assembly, kitting, deburring, passivation, anodizing, and plating through our qualified finishing partners.
On the Floor
28,000 square feet of climate-controlled machining and inspection, running lights-out where the job calls for it.
Who We Serve
Flight- and mission-critical components to AS9100D, with full traceability and FAI.
Surgical instruments and implantable-grade components in titanium and stainless.
Downhole and high-pressure parts in corrosion-resistant alloys built to last.
Prototype-through-production machining for powertrain, sensors, and tooling.
Pumps, valves, fixtures, and replacement components on demand.
Precision actuators, housings, and end-of-arm tooling for motion-critical builds.
Quality & Certifications
Quality isn't a final step on our floor — it's designed into the process from the first programming review through final inspection. Every part ships with the documentation our customers' programs demand.
Our Story
Precision Machine Co. opened in 1987 as a two-man job shop with a single manual lathe and a promise: hold the tolerance, hit the date, no surprises. Nearly four decades later that promise still runs the floor.
Today we're a 35-person operation in a 28,000-square-foot facility in Cincinnati, Ohio — still family-owned, now led by second-generation owner Mike Bennett. Our machinists, programmers, and quality engineers treat every part like our reputation depends on it, because for the OEMs and engineers who count on us, it does.
